Product Warranty Rules

1. Market: the rules apply to worldwide market (exclude Mainland of China Region and North America Region).

2. Products: include Aeonmed and Oricare series modes installed in overseas market.

3. Warranty period:

(1) No specified installation time

Guarantee valid for 18 months after ship date when cargo is picked-up at factory (not applicable for consumables)

(2) Products installed by engineers of Aeonmed

Guarantee valid for 12 months after installation day (not applicable for consumables)

(3) Products installed by distributor engineers

     Guarantee valid for 12 months after installation day (not applicable for consumables).

  oAuthorized distributors must send installation report to Aeonmed within 1 month after installation.

  o Aeonmed products -  please contact service@aeonmed.com

  o Oricare products - please contact service@oricaremed.com

4.The latest date will be taken as the reference warranty date if there is discrepancy

  between the ship date and the installation date.

5. The warranty period with special terms will be subject to the terms stated in the contract.

6. The warranty disclaimer

 (1) The warranty will not cover consumables, which lost efficacy due to storage by distributor or normal using process.

(2) The warranty will not cover damage due to improper transport or usage.

(3) The warranty will not cover damage caused by natural disaster and war.

(4) The warranty will not cover damage caused by the engineers who are not authorized by Aeonmed.

7. The definition of the consumables

Accessory parts which aged due to time consumption or wore down during using, such as Oxygen sensor, rechargeable batteries, bellows, soda lime canister, all kinds of tubes, respiratory dome, varies filter, products made by latex and silicon (eg. Lock ring, and air valve).

8. Aeonmed reserves the rights for the final explanation .
